Tofthaga Preschool is seeking childcare workers for a seniority-based substitute position starting in the fall of 26.

Tofthaga School is an independent preschool/school, located about 7 km outside Skillingaryd. All operations are approved and under the supervision of the School Inspectorate and Vaggeryd Municipality. The operations are politically and religiously unaffiliated.

Our operations are housed in fresh premises, beautifully situated in nature with a lake, forest, field, and meadow as the closest neighbors.

Tofthaga is run by engaged staff and a board. Together we work to keep the best interests of the children and staff in focus. We are very proud of the operations, which are also an important part of our vibrant countryside.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker, preferably with a few years of work experience. You are positive and have a heart for children and children's education. It is important to us that you are engaged, solution-focused, positive, and have good collaboration skills. In daily contacts with guardians, you are child-focused and work for a trusting and close collaboration. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to each child's and the entire group's positive, meaningful, and developmental environment.

At Tofthaga Preschool, we are keen to offer children a safe and stimulating environment. We take advantage of the opportunities that the countryside's beautiful surroundings give us for outdoor play and learning. The preschool is based on an exploratory approach and works with themes where children's questions, interests, and curiosity guide the content. Through pedagogical documentation, children's development and learning are followed. Through systematic work with development, follow-up, and continuing education, we work to constantly improve the quality of the preschool.
