Globens trafikskola is a well-established driving school at Gullmarsplan that has been a reliable part of the industry since 1989. With us, a lovely team of about ten dedicated and experienced colleagues work together to create a warm, professional, and pleasant work environment – both for our students and for us who work here.

Who we are looking for

You who apply should be a trained driving instructor with a B license and meet the requirements of the Swedish Transport Agency.

You have a strong and natural commitment and possess the pedagogical qualifications required to be considered a professional driving instructor.

You are proficient in Swedish in speech and preferably also in writing. If you have knowledge of other languages, this is of course advantageous.

We are looking for you who are flexible and able to work evenings and weekends, as some of the teaching is scheduled during these times.

If you are also a social and positive person with a strong sense of responsibility and a twinkle in your eye, there are good conditions for us to work well together.

Your tasks

• Conduct driving lessons for students undergoing both theory and practice.
• Work pedagogically with students to ensure their understanding of traffic rules and driving techniques.
• Adapt teaching to different student levels and create a positive and safe learning environment.
• Provide feedback and follow up on students' progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues at the driving school to maintain high quality in education.
