We are Rälsen Bromsten Preschool, which opened in August 2025, with four departments. Rälsen Bromsten is owned by Rälsen AB, a subsidiary of Atvexa.

The preschool is located in bright, newly renovated, and pleasant premises at Cervins väg 15 in Spånga with proximity to forest and green areas.

We are now looking for a qualified childcare worker on a full-time basis starting in July 2026.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can create a creative and learning place and environment for our children. Together with the rest of the staff, you will participate in developing the operations.

You are a qualified childcare worker. You are good at collaborating and you are positive, responsible, flexible, pedagogical, and structured. You are an engaged educator who puts the children first.

You have great opportunities to influence and be involved in the preschool's development.

You are interested in pedagogical documentation and actively working with the pedagogical learning environment, so it is constantly changing and inspires the children to joyful learning.

The employee we envision

- Is a qualified childcare worker and has some form of experience in preschool.

- Sees reflection and pedagogical documentation as an obvious tool.

- Has knowledge of the curriculum and the ability and methods to implement it in practice.

- Has good collaboration skills.

- Works on developing the pedagogical learning environment so that it is clear, accessible, and inspires the children to joyful learning.

- Has good communication skills to express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.
