At Cultor - which is an integrated part of the school - you become part of a team with other study and career counselors and PHT staff (with competence in adjustments and students' psychological and social conditions).

About us:

We are a personal and motivating partner for students and an active part of the school's development work.

By building relationships and strengthening study motivation, we help students succeed in their studies and achieve their goals. At the same time, we function as a relieving support for school leadership, mentors, and student health.

Your tasks:

As an SYV for upper secondary school, you work with students in the midst of their choices and career paths.

You work with:

• Guidance conversations
• Individual choices
• Study plans
• Career planning and future study paths
• Follow-up of students in need of support
• Collaboration with mentors, student health, and school leadership

The work is both physically at school and digitally via our platform OnePlan.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained study and career counselor with experience in guiding upper secondary school students
• Are engaged and confident in guidance conversations
• Have good knowledge of the Upper Secondary School Ordinance and the Swedish education system
• Enjoy working in a team
• Speak Swedish and English fluently
• Have good digital competence
