Riding Teacher with Operational Responsibility

We are now seeking an engaged and structured riding teacher who wants to help drive our development forward.

Hallstavik Equestrian Association is a non-profit organization located in the naturally beautiful Roslagen region. Here, adults and children come together through a solid and shared interest in horses. Regardless of your knowledge goals, you are welcome to ride at our personal riding school, compete in any discipline, or participate in the association's activities. About the Role

As a riding teacher with operational responsibility, you will be the hub of our operations. You lead the daily work at the riding school, support the staff, keep the planning together, and are an important link between riding teachers, students, members, and the board. This is a role for you who enjoy variety, freedom, and stepping in where needed.

The position is 65% full-time and largely scheduled for afternoons/evenings.

The Mission in Brief:

- Plan, organize, and lead the lesson activities.

- Ensure that operations follow the Swedish Equestrian Federation's guidelines.

- Be responsible for staff planning and recruitment together with the board.

- Educate and support students, staff, and horses in their development.

- Maintain contact with students, parents, and members.

- Administrative work such as attendance reporting, LOK support, schedules, and invoice documentation.

- Together with the staff, be responsible for the well-being of the riding school horses.

- Contribute to good order and well-being in the stable and at the facility.

We are looking for you who:

- Have experience in riding school operations, leadership, and horse care.

- Are structured, communicative, and enjoy collaborating.

- Have a strong commitment to the equestrian sport's values and youth development.

- Preferably have Riding Teacher training from the Swedish Equestrian Federation, but personality and experience weigh equally heavily.
