At Cultor - which is an integrated part of the school - you become part of a team with other study and career counselors and PHT staff (with competence in adaptations and students' psychological and social conditions).

About us:

We are a personal and motivating partner for students and an active part of the school's development work.

By building relationships and strengthening study motivation, we help students succeed in their studies and achieve their goals. At the same time, we function as a relieving support for school leadership, mentors, and student health.

Your duties:

• Guidance conversations
• Subject selection and study planning within IB
• Ensuring correct eligibility and study progress
• Support in IB culture requirements
• Collaboration with school staff and student health

The work is both physically at school and digitally via our platform OnePlan.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained study and career counselor with experience in guiding high school students
• Are engaged and confident in guidance conversations
• Have good knowledge of the IB program's structure and requirements
• Have knowledge of international universities
• Enjoy working in a team
• Speak Swedish and English fluently
• Have good digital competence
