PRESCHOOL TEACHER FOR: KULINGEN PRESCHOOL

We are seeking a curious, dedicated, and certified preschool teacher for a maternity leave substitute position of 10 months or longer. The preschool is operated by an economic association as a staff cooperative.

About the preschool

Kulingen Preschool has been in operation since 2007 and is located at the foot of the naturally beautiful Stibyberget in Hällevik. The proximity to forest and sea is a great asset in our daily work. At Kulingen, the child is at the center. The child should have the opportunity to be themselves, affirmed with their personality and interests. We constantly focus on reshaping our learning environments depending on the themes or projects we are working on. In 2025, we received the "School for Sustainable Development" award, and our current development area is social sustainability.

Job responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you will:

· Be responsible for ensuring we work according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's governing documents

· Be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching

· Collaborate with colleagues in a dedicated and attentive work team

We are looking for you who:

· Are a trained preschool teacher

· Are a co-inquiring educator who can challenge children through play and imagination

· Are permissive and engaged

· Have a relational and professional approach

· Are driven by developing our SCA

The position as a preschool teacher is a substitute position at 100% starting on August 10, 2026, provided that the requested parental leave begins. Probationary employment may occur.
