Personal Trainer

We are looking for personal trainers for our facility in Strängnäs and our facility in Mariefred.

We offer training, both for you who want to train in a group and for you who want to train individually. You are welcome as a beginner or an experienced exerciser. As a member with us, you have all the tools you need to succeed with your training and achieve your training goals. A personal trainer is responsible for us providing professional customer service in personal training. High service level is our basic policy. Being a PT involves being responsible for sales and follow-up of these services.

Work Tasks:

Conduct sales of personal training.

Conduct personal training and PT groups.

Consistently strive to meet or exceed the facility's sales goals.

Organize and carry out marketing activities.

Handle administration correctly (payment, booking, and check-off system).

Manage follow-up system for PT.

Be responsible for ensuring that current marketing activities achieve optimal results.

Be responsible for ensuring that internal signage and local marketing are in accordance with the brand.

Areas of Responsibility:

Be responsible for PT sales.

Verbally sell in any campaigns and activities.

Participate in staff meetings and seek information to stay updated and feel responsible for your work area and the company's values.
