Guldklimpar Preschools are located in some of Stockholm's most attractive areas – Kungsholmen, Bromma, Kista, Liljeholmen, and Nacka. In August, we are opening another preschool in Länna/Strängnäs, which is why we are looking for two engaged and experienced childcare workers for our lovely preschool Guldklimpar Länna.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker, passionate about your profession, and want to be an active part in the preschool's continued development. You are confident in your role, driven, and engaged in children's learning and well-being.

You:

• have a co-inquiring and reflective working approach and challenge children's learning processes through play, imagination, and curiosity
• are solution-focused, positive, and good at creating secure relationships
• see and highlight children's strengths, competencies, and differences
• have experience in developing stimulating learning environments, both indoors and outdoors
• understand the importance of and have experience in good and professional parent collaboration
