About the role

As a driving instructor with us, you will:

• Plan and conduct driving lessons for students with different conditions and needs.
• Support and motivate students on their journey toward obtaining a driver's license.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop our operations.
• Potentially hold theory lessons and risk education sessions.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a valid driving instructor certificate and are approved by the Swedish Transport Agency.
• Have a pedagogical and flexible approach.
• Are responsible and have a genuine interest in helping others develop.
• Have good communication skills and enjoy meeting different types of people.
• Are flexible to work together with our other schools in Gothenburg and Kungälv.
• If you are an approved AM instructor or interested in becoming one, it is advantageous.
• Master Swedish in speech and writing (additional languages are advantageous).
