30,000 SEK starting salary + commission – Salesperson for Eco Ventilation

We are looking for door-to-door salespeople / field salespeople for Eco Ventilation – an area where almost no one else knocks on doors and where customer needs are significant.

Unlike home alarms and fiber, which many already have, many homeowners lack knowledge about their ventilation. Most have never cleaned their ventilation, changed filters, performed maintenance, or inspected their kitchen hood – making it much easier to generate interest and make sales.

With us, you don't just sell a single service. You can help customers with, among other things:

• Ventilation cleaning

• Filter replacements

• Service of ventilation systems

• Replacement of kitchen hoods and range hoods

• Spare parts for broken kitchen hoods and ventilation systems

• Repairs of kitchen hoods, motors, lights, switches, and controls

• New vents, fresh air vents, and supply air vents

• Improvement of airflow and indoor environment

• Smoke detectors, fire alarms, and enhanced home fire safety

• Repairs and other ventilation work in homes

Many homeowners have old kitchen hoods, poor ventilation, broken parts, or smoke detectors that don't work. Most don't even know they have problems – which makes conversations easier, interest greater, and the opportunity to close deals much better than when selling home alarms or fiber.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in door-to-door sales or want to start

• Perhaps currently sell home alarms, fiber, electricity contracts, or telephony

• Are tired of hearing "we already have that" at every door

• Want to sell something where customers often actually need the service

• Are driven, social, and enjoy talking with people

• Are not afraid to knock on doors

• Have a driver's license and access to your own car initially

We offer:

• Starting salary of 30,000 SEK per month

• High commission with no cap on top of the base salary

We are primarily looking for you who have several years of experience in door-to-door sales and have previously worked with, for example, home alarms, fiber, electricity contracts, or similar direct sales.
