Description

Bil+ is seeking a damage advisor for our facility in Mantorp. With us, you will become part of a dedicated team with a strong interest in cars and a focus on quality, service, and efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, workshop staff, suppliers, and insurance companies. You are responsible for ensuring that damage cases are handled correctly and that spare parts are available so repairs can be carried out without unnecessary delays.

Job Duties

  • Register and administer damage cases
  • Order and follow up on spare parts
  • Ensure the right parts are available on time
  • Have contact with insurance companies and customers
  • Collaborate with technicians and workshop staff
  • Check deliveries and handle any complaints
  • Document costs and update in the system

Qualifications

  • Experience with spare parts management, damage management, or workshop work
  • Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Class B driver's license is advantageous
  • Experience with multiple car brands is advantageous
