About us

Growth Support Sweden AB specializes in identifying funding opportunities through EU support and EU grants. We help companies throughout the application process from analysis and qualification to completed application and follow-up.

We work in a structured, digital manner and closely with our customers, focusing on quality, transparency, and results. After an intensive build-up phase in Q1, we are now entering a strong expansion phase during Q2 with increased demand and more customer assignments than ever. We now need more sharp inside salespeople who want to join us on our growth journey.

About the role

As an inside salesperson with us, you are the first step in our customer relationships and a crucial part of our success.

You will:

  • Contact and book meetings with business owners
  • Work and build a large customer pipeline
  • Present our services in a professional and trust-inspiring manner
  • Drive the deal from first contact to signed assignment by working in our CRM system Salesforce
  • Work towards clear goals with the opportunity for high performance-based compensation


You work closely with our processors who take over when the deal is completed, allowing you to focus fully on sales, as Growth Support has a clearly structured and established back-office that handles the application process for the customers that the inside salesperson captures.

We are looking for you who

  • Have 2+ years of sales experience (B2B is meritorious)
  • Are goal-oriented and enjoy working towards clear results
  • Are communicative, professional, and trust-inspiring
  • Have very good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Are motivated by influencing your own income


Meritorious:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Background in economics or law
  • Experience in telemarketing or meeting booking
