About the role

We are now recruiting for a fast-growing and very exciting company in space and satellite technology that is on an intensive growth journey.

This is a central role where you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on the company's continued expansion – both nationally and internationally. The company has experienced exceptional growth (over 3000%) and is facing establishment in several new markets already this year.

The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial. You are not coming in to maintain – but to build, drive, and develop the business forward. Here, you will have great mandate, freedom under responsibility, and the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.


Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has strong business drive and thrives in an environment where the pace is high and the opportunities are great.



We believe you have:

  • Experience in sales within technology-intensive environments
  • A clear interest in business development and customer relationships
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally
  • Very good knowledge of English


It is particularly advantageous if you have:

  • Experience from the space industry, preferably within the LEO segment (e.g., ground stations or satellite services)
  • An established network within commercial or institutional actors
  • Experience working internationally
  • Interest in combining sales with technical understanding


Other:

  • Ability and willingness to be based in Luleå (or relocate there)
  • Background matching security requirements (no connections to high-risk countries)


Job duties

  • Drive and develop the company's sales within LEO-related services and solutions
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities internationally
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with technology and product teams to create the right offerings
  • Participate in customer meetings, events, and international contexts
  • Contribute to the company's strategic development and growth
