About us

Norstat Sweden AB is Sweden's leading company in data collection/market research.

From our office in Linköping, we conduct many thousands of market surveys annually via telephone and recruit respondents for more qualitative surveys. We use well-documented methods to collect reliable data on all conceivable topics.

Through our telephone center, we also continuously recruit new members to our online panel, panel.se.

Norstat has offices in 15 countries and is Northern Europe's largest data collector for all types of surveys. In Sweden, we are represented in Stockholm, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

About the position

You will work with market surveys where topics and methods vary. The surveys primarily take place through telephone interviews, but you may also have the opportunity to conduct personal interviews and recruit people to participate in, for example, product tests, focus groups, and user tests.

During daytime, we primarily target businesses, and on evenings/weekends, we target private individuals.

As an interviewer, you need to be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Previous experience in telephone work or service is advantageous.
