Telephone Interviewer

Norstat Sweden AB is Sweden's leading company in data collection/market research.

From our offices in Linköping and Stockholm, we conduct hundreds of thousands of market surveys annually and recruit respondents for qualitative studies.

Through our call center in Linköping, we also continuously recruit new members to our online panel Norstatpanel.se.

Norstat has offices in 15 countries and is one of Europe's largest data collectors for all types of surveys. In Sweden, we are represented in Stockholm, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

About the Role

We are now seeking ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic interviewers. As part of our interviewing team, you will work with market research on various topics and methods, where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself while contributing to making a difference.

We offer a flexible workplace where you have the opportunity to advance within the company. Work shifts are distributed across daytime, evening, and weekends, and as an interviewer, you have the ability to choose which working hours suit you best. As an interviewer, you work independently, but behind you is a large team that provides support.

As an interviewer, you need to be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Previous experience in telephone work or service is advantageous.
