About the Role

As a salesperson, you will work with existing customers over the phone. You contact customers who already use the service and help them upgrade, extend, or customize their subscription according to their needs.

The work includes, among other things:

• Contacting existing customers via telephone
• Offering upgrades and extensions
• Identifying customer needs and creating relevant solutions
• Working towards clear goals linked to sales and quality

You work with "warm customers," which provides better conditions for success in your sales.
