Meeting Booker - Guaranteed Salary + Commission

Optimal Stair Cleaning is a well-established company specializing in stair cleaning for housing cooperatives in the Stockholm area. We are known for our high quality and long-term customer relationships, with many of our customers having been with us for several years. About the role:

As a meeting booker, you will contact housing cooperatives and schedule meetings for our salespeople at our office in Stockholm City.

Your goal is to open doors and create opportunities for new collaborations. You work with telephone and email as your primary tools and follow up on your contacts systematically.

Your tasks:

• Proactively contact housing cooperatives via telephone and email
• Schedule meetings for our salespeople
• Create and maintain lists of potential customers
• Follow up on previous contacts and build relationships
• Work towards clear goals

We are looking for you who:

• Has drive and enjoys talking to people
• Is persistent and thrives on working towards results
• Has a professional and pleasant telephone voice
• Is self-sufficient and structured
• Previous experience in meeting booking or sales is advantageous but not a requirement – we are happy to teach you!
