Optimal Stair Cleaning is a well-established company specializing in stair cleaning for condominium associations in the Stockholm area. We are known for our high quality and long-term customer relationships, many of our customers have been with us for several years. About the role:

As a meeting booker, you will contact condominium associations and book meetings for our salespeople at our office in Stockholm City.

Your goal is to open doors and create opportunities for new collaborations. You work with phone and email as your primary tools and follow up on your contacts systematically.

Your tasks:

• Proactively contact condominium associations via phone and email
• Book meetings for our salespeople
• Create and maintain lists of potential customers
• Follow up on previous contacts and build relationships
• Work towards clear goals

We are looking for you who:

• Have drive and enjoy talking to people
• Are persistent and thrive on working towards results
• Have a professional and pleasant telephone voice
• Are self-motivated and structured
• Previous experience in meeting booking or sales is advantageous but not a requirement – we are happy to teach you!
