Extra Staff for Store

Do you want to help build Sweden's most modern golf experience? At NordicaGolf, the Nordic feeling meets precision measurement, service, and passion for golf in our store concept in Sweden.

We are now seeking extra staff for our store who are passionate about golf and thrive in an environment where customer experience, product knowledge, and energy are central. The role primarily involves supporting the store during weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday, but work may also occur on weekdays as needed.

Your main tasks include:

• Work actively in the store environment and contribute to an inspiring customer experience.
• Assist customers with questions about products and golf equipment.
• Build trust through personal service and genuine passion for the game.
• Maintain order in the store and ensure products are presented in a sales-friendly and structured way.
• Support the team in daily work where needed.
• Be part of a team that together develops our concept in Sweden.

Who we are looking for

• Plays golf yourself – this is a requirement for the role.
• Has a great interest in golf and golf equipment.
• Is social, responsible, and genuinely engaged in helping golfers.
• Thrives in an environment where quality, knowledge, and feeling are central.
• Has energy, drive, and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience from retail, service, or sales is beneficial, but not required.

You do not need prior experience to apply for the position. The most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude, enjoy golf, and want to learn. We will train you on-site and ensure you receive a good introduction to the role.
