Description

We are a construction company working across the entire chain – from production and sales to completion of timber houses. We are now looking for a driven and technically knowledgeable employee who can take on the role as the link between us and our customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sales and negotiation: Preparing quotes, conducting negotiations, and being responsible for the entire sales process through to completion.
  • Customer contact: Proactively seeking new customers through digital channels, conducting meetings at the office, and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Purchasing and logistics: Finding the right building materials and managing ongoing contact with suppliers.
  • Technical advisory: You have a good understanding of building codes and standards in timber house construction to provide professional guidance to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluent proficiency in Swedish and Russian. English is considered a significant asset.
  • Experience: Good knowledge of building technical standards and timber house construction.
  • Competence: Documented experience in sales and ability to formulate professional business proposals. Good computer skills with programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Personal qualities: You are communicative, business-oriented, and structured.
