About the Position

We are looking for someone to work as a customer service representative/receptionist with us. You will be a key person in daily operations and the first point of contact for our customers—both over the phone and in person at the workshop.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving customers in person and via phone
• Scheduling and following up on workshop appointments
• Ordering spare parts
• Contacting suppliers and ensuring parts arrive on time
• Invoicing and processing payments
• Handling email and basic administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in customer service or administration (advantageous if within the automotive industry)
• Is service-oriented, sociable, and organized
• Has good computer skills and can express themselves well in spoken and written Swedish
• Has a Class B driver's license (required)
• Is solution-oriented and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same
