🔎 What are we looking for?
Due to our rapid international expansion, we are looking for a Sales Executive for our new branch in Malmö (Sweden), where we primarily support industrial, food, and pharmaceutical manufacturers in the Nordic region.
💼 Responsibilities
- Identify leads and manage the entire sales cycle to close new deals, including prospecting, cold calling, business trips, budgeting, follow-up...
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to create future business opportunities.
- Promote your company's products by demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets by following proven processes and developing new ones.
- Record all business activities in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions (as a visitor or exhibitor).
- Other sales-related tasks.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business administration, economics, engineering, or similar).
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in emerging projects or in sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
- Driver's license B is a requirement.
- Good knowledge of English and Swedish.
- Other Nordic languages are meritorious.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently (at least 50% of the time).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
