Scandinavian Tea & Coffee Trade was founded in 2006 in Falun. We have a great passion for tea, coffee, and chocolate and strive to be a driving force for sustainability and long-term thinking, with the goal of promoting both people and the environment. Our vision is to offer our customers an extraordinary experience through the best products from all corners of the world, complemented by world-class customer service. We are currently looking for a store employee for our shop in the heart of Falun.

About the Position:

As a store employee, you will be a key person in our shop and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role includes the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing sales. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the development of the company's new e-commerce, marketing, purchasing, and logistics management.

About You:

We are looking for you who have a passionate interest in tea, coffee, and chocolate. You are an engaged and structured person with a cheerful demeanor and always aim to exceed customer expectations. You have sales in your blood, an eye for display, a head for planning, and a heart for people and customer contact.

Experience from sales in retail or other roles within the grocery industry is meritorious. You have good commercial knowledge and know what makes a successful store. You are solution-oriented and have no problem taking initiative to find your own solutions to problems and challenges.

You are accustomed to working with digital tools such as Microsoft Office. It is meritorious if you have previous experience with e-commerce and handling products in WordPress/WooCommerce, as well as an interest in photography and product display.

You are proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
