Field Salesperson/Telephone Salesperson

As a Field Salesperson/Telephone Salesperson, you are responsible for obtaining contact information from private individuals interested in solar panels, battery storage, heating systems, roof replacements, and charging stations. You work in the field and on the phone, where you talk to customers about their home environment, either via phone or through direct contact in the form of door-to-door sales.

This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed salary, where you also receive mileage allowance and performance-based bonuses. You drive the business all the way from needs analysis and collaborate with our internal team that handles the main sales.

You get access to sales training, materials, system support, and ongoing coaching – but the responsibility for sales lies entirely with you in the initial stage. The role suits you if you want to work with high-quality products, large deals, and have the ability to build trust immediately in the meeting.

- Compensation model: Guaranteed salary + high commission + high tiered bonus + mileage allowance
