In our store in Alingsås, we sell and install appliances, kitchens, heat pumps, audio and video, and offer a wide range of other household products. The team in Alingsås currently consists of 5 employees, covering the store, kitchens, and appliance service.

What does the role involve?

Being a retail salesperson with us means a relatively broad role with many different tasks. It is very important for us to make our customers feel welcome and confident in their decisions and to guide them to the right products and services. We do this by ensuring each customer's unique needs through being attentive and solution-focused; often, our service and offerings are more important than the price of individual products. We want our customers to be impressed by us.

We work as a team to achieve the store's set goals, both financially and operationally. We constantly work on order and tidiness to ensure a nice and sales-friendly store and a structured and clean warehouse. In the store, we work with a combination of shared responsibilities and individual responsibilities. Tasks can be partially tailored based on the candidate's interests and experiences, but a large part of the time involves meeting and helping customers in the store. The role also includes goods receiving and warehouse work.

Who are you?

It's good if you have previous experience in retail sales, but it is not a requirement. We believe you are a driven person who always goes the extra mile to give the customer a good experience, and you are a helpful colleague. It is important that you are engaged and enjoy taking personal responsibility. Products can be learned over time, but a high service orientation and personal commitment are important personal qualities from the start.
