About the Position:
We are looking for you who want to work in an engaged and cohesive team.
As an order administrator with us, you have a central role in the business and work closely with both electricians in the field and customers.
Examples of Work Tasks:
- Register and manage customer orders in SDF
- Coordinate and follow up the order flow – from order placement to delivery and invoicing
- Simple customer service work, including support to electricians in the field
- Order materials
- Ensure that relevant documentation is produced on time and with high quality
The position is a full-time employment, weekdays from 07:00–16:00 with no weekends.
About You:
We are looking for you who are structured, meticulous, and have strong self-motivation. You thrive in a coordinating role where you handle multiple parallel tasks and have many points of contact, both internally and externally.
You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and quick to adapt to new situations. At the same time, you have an eye for details and quality in your work.
You are confident in taking responsibility and are motivated by creating structure and driving work forward. You gladly contribute with ideas and engagement in developing routines and efficient working methods.
Qualification Requirements:
- Completed high school education
- Experience with administrative work or order management
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Good system and computer skills
Meritorious:
- Trained electrician
- Experience working with El-Vis
- Good knowledge of the Office package
