Assistant Location Manager for EC Health Club Kristianstad Vattentornet – 50%

About the Position

As an assistant location manager, you are a key person in the daily operations of our facility. You work closely with the location manager to ensure that the business runs smoothly, the staff is motivated, and members receive the best experience every time they step through the door.

The position is 50% with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the location manager in the daily operations of the facility, cleaning, member service, installations in our Milonträning
  • Be a role model for the team and contribute to a positive work climate
  • Actively work with sales of our services and products (e.g., training cards, PT, store)
  • Help with scheduling and staffing
  • Contribute to planning and executing activities and events
  • Monitor the condition of the facility and ensure a clean and pleasant environment
  • If needed, lead group training or introductions

  • Are interested in training and have a genuine commitment to health
  • Have previous experience from service professions (preferably within the fitness industry)
  • Are a confident and responsible person with the ability to lead others
  • Enjoy working goal-oriented and like to see results
  • Are comfortable communicating and building connections with both members and colleagues
  • Like structure, are solution-oriented, and dare to take own initiatives
  • Are flexible, enjoy a fast pace, and are not afraid to pitch in where needed

It is beneficial if you are a trained Personal Trainer (merit)
