aSolar is seeking business-driven salespeople for an expansion into solar panels and battery solutions

Do you want to make a difference while building a successful career in sales? We are now looking for you with previous sales experience to join our growing team focused on solar panels, battery storage, and charging solutions.

About the role:

  • As a sales representative with us at aSolar, you are responsible for the entire customer journey from first contact to closed deal. You will:
  • Process incoming leads through our booking and marketing channels
  • Identify customer needs and present solutions with a focus on value and long-term investment
  • Calculate and propose the right solution based on technical and financial conditions
  • Work with clear goal-setting

We are looking for you who:

  • Have strong self-leadership and are accustomed to taking responsibility for your own performance and activity level
  • Are analytical and comfortable working with calculations, pricing, and margin calculations
  • Have the ability to build trust and clarify business benefits for the customer – you know how to talk value and ROI
  • Are communicative, attentive, and creative in identifying and proposing tailored solutions
  • Work in a structured manner, have patience, and understand the importance of long-term customer relationships
  • Have at least one year of experience in telephone sales

Merit-based:

  • Technical background or previous experience in selling solar panels/batteries
  • Previous experience in B2B or more advanced B2C sales
