Description

We are a construction company that works across the entire chain – from production and sales to completion of wooden houses. We are now seeking a driven and technically knowledgeable employee who can take on the role as the link between us and our customers.

Your main duties:

  • Sales and negotiation: Writing quotes, conducting negotiations, and being responsible for the entire sales process up to closing.
  • Customer contact: Proactively seeking new customers via digital channels, conducting meetings at the office, and maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Purchasing and logistics: Finding the right building materials and managing ongoing contact with suppliers.
  • Technical advice: You have a good understanding of building codes and standards for the construction of wooden houses to be able to provide professional guidance to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish and Russian. English is considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience: Good knowledge of building technical standards and construction of wooden houses.
  • Skills: Documented experience in sales and the ability to formulate professional business proposals. Good computer skills with programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Personal qualities: You are communicative, business-oriented, and structured.
