The Role

As a salesperson at PBS, you work proactively to contact new customers via telephone and handle interested leads that come in via the web and partner collaborations. The goal is to offer our package solutions that help car owners protect their vehicles.

This is a job for you who enjoy contact with people, thrive on taking responsibility, and are motivated by success. We train you in both the product and sales techniques.

Your Tasks:

• Call car owners based on target groups

• Present PBS security solutions in a clear and confident manner

• Follow up on leads received via the website and partner collaborations

• Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance

• Create orders and document sales in our system

• Contribute ideas for improvement and customer benefit

• Represent PBS with energy and professionalism

✓ Enjoy talking with people

✓ Are positive, driven, and goal-oriented

✓ Can work independently but appreciate team spirit

✓ Have a desire to develop within sales

✓ Master Swedish in speech & writing (other languages are a plus)

Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous – but not required. The most important thing is your drive and attitude!
