Are you our new restaurant manager?
We are looking for someone who wants to lead a small team of passionate staff.
As a restaurant manager at Kockeriet, you will work closely with the head chef to create menus where food and drink complement each other. Therefore, we prefer that you have beverage education and/or a solid interest.
You are responsible for the daily administrative operations, which include reconciling bookings, emails, and staff scheduling. Purchasing goods and inventory. The work also includes payroll management, reporting, and invoice handling.
You are also responsible for the daily operational activities. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00. You will be part of the dining room team that welcomes and takes care of guests during the evening.
Kockeriet is a smaller workplace that requires flexibility but also offers opportunities for development and personal influence on the operations.
