Education Responsible & Trainer – Technical Education (Higher Vocational Education, Corporate & E-learning)

Do you want to work with technology, people, and development – while also helping to build the education of the future?

We are now looking for an education responsible who wants to take a holistic approach to our education activities and at the same time be part of the daily work as a trainer.

This is a role for you who want to combine responsibility with practical work – and who finds it fun to both develop and conduct training.

About the Role

With us, you will have a varied and developing role where you:

• Lead and develop our education activities
• Have personnel responsibility for our education team
• Plan and coordinate training sessions
• Work with course development and e-learning
• Conduct training yourself – both on-site and at customer locations

You don't need to know everything from the start – we have well-functioning training programs, recorded materials, and a team to support you into the role.

About Our Education

We conduct training primarily within hydraulics and related technical areas, and work with:

• Higher vocational education programs
• Corporate training (both open and customized for clients)
• Practical training with our own laboratory carts
• E-learning and flipped classroom

With us, participants prepare through recorded courses, which allows teacher-led time to focus on discussions, problem-solving, and practical sessions.

We develop our own materials – both e-learning and course literature.

How You Will Settle into the Role

We know this is a broad role – therefore, we place great importance on you getting a good start.

• You will receive a thorough introduction
• Most courses are already completed and recorded
• You will learn step by step together with colleagues
• Administrative support is available for bookings, travel, and systems

Your Background

You don't need to meet all criteria – the most important thing is that you want to learn and develop.

We believe you have:

• A technical background in, e.g., hydraulics, electrical, automation, or mechanics
• An interest in teaching and working with people
• The ability to take responsibility and create structure

If you have experience in education or leadership, it is advantageous, but not a requirement.
