About the position

The position begins as a temporary role with good opportunities to transition into permanent employment. You will be responsible for preschools in Stockholm and Nacka, working closely with both staff and guardians in both areas.

As a principal, you have overall responsibility for operations, staff, and quality, in accordance with applicable governing documents.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop the pedagogical work
• Be responsible for staff, work environment, and competence development
• Ensure quality and goal achievement in the operation
• Build good relationships with children, guardians, and staff
• Drive the operation forward with engagement and innovative thinking

• Have principal education and experience in leadership within preschools
• Are well-versed in preschool governing documents
• Are a clear and present leader
• Have good collaboration skills and a solution-focused working approach
