As operations manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the clinic. You ensure that the business runs smoothly, that the team performs, and that the patient experience maintains a high level. You work closely with the owner and CEO of our client and play a central role in the continued development of the business.

Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Leads and distributes work in the team consisting of dentists, dental hygienists, and reception.
- Optimizes appointment books and occupancy.
- Monitors production, key figures, and results.
- Actively works to increase patient flow and treatment acceptance.
- Ensures a good patient experience and high quality of care.
- You serve as a contact person for operational issues and handle daily challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience from dental care, for example as a dentist, dental hygienist, or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in health and social care.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible.
- Good leadership ability and can create engagement and results in the team.
- Understanding of production, flows, and efficiency.
- Enjoys a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
