HTE Production AB is growing and is now seeking an engaged and driven site manager in construction who wants to help develop our operations together with us.

About the Role

As a site manager with us, you have overall responsibility for production, economy, and work environment in your projects. You lead projects from start to finish and ensure that the work is carried out with high quality, efficiency, and safety.

You work closely with work supervisors, skilled workers, and subcontractors – and are a key person in creating a strong team in production.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead and plan construction projects
• Be responsible for economy, schedule, and results in projects
• Ensure quality, environment, and work environment according to our procedures
• Coordinate resources, purchases, and subcontractors
• Monitor production and report deviations
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners

• Has experience as a site manager in groundworks and construction
• Has good knowledge of production, economy, and project management
