Restaurant Manager – Full-time

Location: Jayjay’s, Sameland, Arvidsjaur

We are looking for an engaged and driven Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of developing the operations at Jayjay’s in Arvidsjaur. In this role, you have the overall responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure that our guests receive a memorable experience.

You work closely with both the kitchen and other staff, and have a central role in creating structure, quality, and a strong team spirit. The role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where service, leadership, and the overall experience are in focus.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team in service and operations
• Ensure high service levels and guest satisfaction
• Plan staffing and workflows
• Work actively with upselling and business development
• Collaborate with the kitchen and event team to create a complete experience
• Assist in planning and executing events and arrangements as well as lunches/dinners
• Ensure that routines and quality standards are followed

Scope: Full-time (evenings + weekends may occur)
