
Head Chef for Catering
Description
Are you our next head chef for the catering business? We are looking for someone who is passionate about gastronomy, leadership, and sustainable development – and who wants to join us on our journey in the catering world.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the daily production in the kitchen and become a key person in developing our menus, working methods, and culinary expression. At our company, we value quality, creativity, and care for both guests and ingredients.
Your main responsibilities
As head chef, you will work on tasks including:
• Staff planning, coaching, and team building
• Menu development and concept work
• Quality assurance and development of routines
• Ensuring sustainable and environmentally conscious working methods
• Purchasing and supplier relations
• Costing and cost control / financial responsibility
About the position
The position is primarily based on daytime hours on weekdays, but early mornings, late evenings, and weekends may occur. Start date is as agreed.
