Unit Manager/Supervisor Imera AB, Group Home

Imera AB is seeking a unit manager/supervisor for our group home 9:9 under LSS. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the operation is conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, and internal guidelines.

The assignment includes operational leadership, administration, and strategic work.

Duties include among others:

- Personnel responsibility, recruitment, and competence development

- Work environment responsibility and systematic quality work

- Documentation, implementation plans, and follow-up

- Staffing and schedule planning

- Collaboration with users, relatives, authorities, and external actors

- Driving and developing the operation according to Imera's values and quality requirements

- On-call duty is included in the position

Requirements:

- Relevant higher education (social worker, behavioral scientist, social educator, or equivalent)

- Experience working in LSS operations

- Knowledge of LSS, regulations, and quality work

- Experience in work supervision or coordination

- Good administrative ability and familiarity with documentation

Meriting:

- Experience leading operations with complex issues

- Previous supervisor role with approval from IVO

Note: Approval as a supervisor from IVO is a prerequisite for employment.
