Do you have service in your blood, can "handle the pressure" and have a sense of smell better than many? Then you might be our new assistant restaurant manager?
We run two businesses on idyllic Käringön.
At the Restaurant, you will work with tasting menus in a cultural-historical environment focused on modern New Nordic cuisine. Here you get the opportunity to work creatively with food and drink in combination with the aim of offering a unique food and beverage experience on the West Coast. We work exclusively with craft beverages from carefully selected producers.
We also have our little Wine Café, yes we call it that because it is a lovely combination of a wine bar and a regular café. It is located right in the harbor in the best spot. Here we serve stone-oven baked pizzas, small plates, and robust espresso, but also a whole lot of great wines by the glass.
We are now looking for you who wants to serve and educate curious guests, sell an experience, and assist me, Mika. I am a restaurateur, but also a restaurant manager. Since I often have a lot on my plate, I need someone to assist me with everything related to management. You will be responsible on-site when I am not there. Place orders, handle customer meetings, plan the service, and much, much more. Be my right hand and my sounding board, simply!
