Do you have service in your blood, can handle the "grind", and have a leadership style that stands out? Then you might be our new restaurant manager?
We operate two businesses in idyllic Käringön.
At the Restaurant, we serve tasting menus in a cultural-historical setting with a focus on modern New Nordic cuisine. Here, we work creatively with food and drink, aiming to offer a unique dining and beverage experience on the West Coast. We exclusively use craft beverages from carefully selected producers.
We also have our small Vincafé, yes, we call it that because it's a lovely combination of a wine bar and a local café. It's located right in the harbor in the best spot. Here, we serve stone-oven baked pizzas, small plates, and robust espresso, but also a whole lot of great wines by the glass.
We are now looking for you who wants to take care of the daily operations at the vincafé, serve, plan, lead, and educate curious guests, and sell an experience!
We are looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on but can also structure, plan, and order. You should be humble but also know your own mind, and not be afraid to make decisions.
