Description

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an engaged and analytical Marketing Manager for a nationwide restaurant chain. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving growth and marketing at both strategic and operational levels. You will have the opportunity to play a central role in the chain's continued expansion in the Scandinavian market. As Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team and work closely with the company's CEO and board. The organization is characterized by a small, cohesive management group where you will be an active and important part.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all marketing, both external and internal, targeting our audiences as well as guests and business partners at our units.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, brand platforms, and channel selection.
  • Be part of the company's management group and contribute to strategic decisions.
  • Plan and develop marketing activities based on data from tools such as Meta, Google Ads, etc., as well as commissioned market research.
  • Analyze and follow up on marketing activities to ensure the highest possible effectiveness, and optimize ROI and other relevant KPIs.
  • Work with guest insights and sales data to improve campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Be responsible for and monitor marketing and campaign budgets.
  • Regularly maintain contact with and visit our business partners at our various units.


Qualifications

  • Higher education in marketing, communication, or equivalent, for example from university, IHM, or Berghs School of Communication.
  • We believe you have 6–8 years of experience in marketing within consumer-facing industries.
  • Experience in leading and developing marketing functions, including strategy and budget responsibility.
  • Documented experience in successful brand work and the ability to translate strategy into product development, optimized pricing, and market communication.
  • Business-driven competence with experience in analyzing and planning based on key figures.
  • Good knowledge of AI development and digital and data-driven marketing.
  • Good knowledge in marketing and sales in digital channels, e.g., apps, and collaboration with third-party providers for deliveries.
  • Experience in being a client and setting requirements towards external agencies, research companies, and other collaboration partners.
  • Understanding of the entire customer journey and how various disciplines such as advertising, PR, events, CRM, and Performance Marketing should interact to achieve optimal effect.
  • Strong business acumen and insight into how creativity and good communication contribute to the sales process.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.


Merits

  • Experience from franchising and restaurants, hotel chains, or similar.
  • Experience as LRM responsible with responsibility for local resources within the organization or projects.
  • Experience as brand or marketing responsible within B2C is meritorious, but your competence is more important than titles.
