Store Manager with – future co-ownership?

We are now seeking a store manager for Go Banana Trelleborg and Burlöv.

About the role:

As store manager, you are an important part of our daily operations. You thrive on taking responsibility and tackling things before anyone else has a chance to say so. You help create a store that customers want to return to every day.

The position involves: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary employment applies.

Start date: As agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between working mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, B driver's license, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages. You do not need previous experience from leadership roles, but it is advantageous.

Salary: Monthly salary

• You enjoy challenges and see opportunities instead of difficulties in an industry that often offers varying conditions and unexpected events.
• You do not need previous experience from leadership roles, but it is advantageous if you have worked as an assistant store manager, store manager, or team leader.

Go Banana

In a time when candy, snacks, drinks, the bulk candy industry, and the affordability trend are reaching new heights with a large customer base, Go Banana is a natural concept on the market. The Swedish people are among the largest in the world in consuming bulk candy and thus belong to the world elite in candy and snack eating. According to figures from the Swedish Board of Agriculture, we eat 16 kilos of candy per person per year.

The target group for the concept is broad but particularly favorable for families with children. In our stores, you encounter an exciting sea of colorful candy, snacks, drinks, and bulk candy with a selection and size beyond the ordinary.

During holidays such as Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, there is a wide range of seasonal products and pre-packaged gifts at family-friendly prices.
