Head Chef at Mexican Restaurant

We are seeking a head chef for our newly established Mexican restaurant in Jönköping. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Mexican/Spanish cooking, with all aspects of starting and running a commercial restaurant. Responsibilities will include recruiting and training kitchen staff, menu development, budgeting, and daily management.
