Miss Voon was founded in 2011 on Sturegatan in Stockholm. Today, you can find the restaurants in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Skellefteå. Jonas Svensson and his team run Miss Voon, Goma Asian Gastropub, and restaurant India's. Miss Voon is a modern restaurant that combines flavors from all Asian cuisines with a Scandinavian foundation. Freshness, simplicity, and strong flavor character have been the guiding principles in designing the menu, and this is reflected in the wine and drink list as well.
Miss Voon Stockholm is located on Sturegatan 22. You will have a pleasant workplace with outdoor seating and a view over Humlegården.
Job Description
You will have a leading role with the goal of managing, developing, and maintaining the restaurant. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on results.
Mainly responsible for daily operations, creating energy for both the team and our guests.
Management/coordination of staff within the business.
Sales offerings, food, beverage, and other sales according to guest demand and the concept.
Budget: execution and follow-up.
Optimize staffing resources in operations based on needs and competence.
Premises responsibility.
Qualifications
You have experience in a supervisory role as a restaurant manager and always focus on quality. As a person, you are confident in yourself and in your managerial role. You have a communicative leadership style and the ability to build team spirit and bring enthusiasm.
Strong social skills are necessary as you will have a lot of contact with guests. You are good at working closely with others, but it is also important that you can work independently and that you are structured and can take your own initiatives. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Caspeco, and Trivec is advantageous.
We prefer that you are trained as a sommelier, and that you have an engagement and interest in the industry and networking within it.
