Assistant Restaurant Manager – full-time

Fisky Business Dockan, Malmö.

Fisky is looking for an experienced and committed assistant restaurant manager who wants to help run and develop the business at Dockan in Malmö.

We currently operate two restaurants and two food trucks and are in a development phase where we place great emphasis on structure, quality, and long-term sustainability in the business. Our ambition is to run restaurants that function stably in daily operations, with clear responsibilities, good collaboration, and a sustainable work environment.

The role is both operational and administrative. You work actively in service while also, together with the restaurant manager, being responsible for the daily operations.

You have a clear mandate in the daily work and are expected to take responsibility for ensuring the business functions – both in service, structure, and work supervision. The role also involves influencing work methods, routines, and development. Overall decisions are made in consultation with the restaurant manager and management.

The position is full-time, and working hours are primarily during the day, but evening and weekend work occur.

Responsibilities:

• Service and daily operations
• Scheduling together with the restaurant manager (eventually own responsibility)
• Menu work and development
• Bookings and emails
• Work supervision and team development
• Gradual responsibility for parts of finances and follow-up
