At The Perfect Gloss, we are passionate about car care at the highest level! We are an e-commerce company selling premium car care and detailing products online. Today, we have a strong customer base throughout Sweden and also sell successfully in Norway. We are currently in an exciting phase where we plan to grow and expand quickly. To handle our increased sales and future growth, we now need to strengthen our team in Laholm with a driven warehouse responsible who wants to help build for the future.

About the Role:

As Warehouse Responsible with us, you are the central hub. You have the overall responsibility for ensuring our warehouse operations run flawlessly – from when an order comes in, until the customer has the package in hand. As we expand, you will play an important role in scaling up our processes. You lead the daily work and have personnel responsibility for several colleagues in the warehouse. Your task is to coach and distribute the work so that you together achieve your goals.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the entire flow in the warehouse (picking, packing, delivery, and return handling).
• Lead, plan, and distribute the daily work for warehouse employees.
• Ensure that all orders are sent to customers quickly and with high quality, regardless of country.
• Continuously work to improve, streamline, and adapt warehouse routines for our continued expansion.
• Responsible for inventory management, stocktaking, and structure.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is a natural problem solver and enjoys a leadership role with a lot of own responsibility. You are attracted to working in a growth company where the pace can sometimes be high. You have likely worked in a warehouse before, preferably within e-commerce, and have experience leading others. As a person, you are orderly, structured, and have the ability to stay calm and maintain an overview.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Previous experience with warehouse and logistics work (preferably in a leading or responsible role).
• Good computer skills and experience working with business/warehouse systems.
• A down-to-earth approach – you do not hesitate to jump in and pack orders when needed.
• Fluency in Swedish in speech and writing.
• Forklift license A is strongly meritorious and forklift license B is a big plus (but not an absolute requirement to apply).
• Bonus: An interest in cars and car care, although the most important thing is your logistical sense!
