Cleaning Manager / Team Leader at Predx AB Helsingborg

Predx AB is now seeking a dedicated and structured Cleaning Manager / Team Leader who wants to be part of developing our growing company within moving, cleaning, and property services.

About the role:

As a Cleaning Manager / Team Leader, you have a central role in the operations with responsibility for both personnel, quality, and customer relationships. You work closely with management and ensure that our assignments are carried out efficiently and with high quality.

The position is initially 70%, with good opportunities to expand to full-time in the near future depending on the development of the business.

Job duties:

▪︎ Planning and scheduling of staff

▪︎ Leading and motivating employees in daily work

▪︎ Quality control of performed cleaning services

▪︎ Responsibility for key management (issuance and return)

▪︎ Ensuring quality before final delivery to the customer

▪︎ Customer contact, especially with larger customers and collaboration partners

▪︎ Participating in customer meetings and representing the company

▪︎ Booking and coordination of assignments

▪︎ Invoicing and simpler administrative tasks

▪︎ Working with CRM systems and customer follow-up

▪︎ Contributing to developing the business and increasing the customer base

Qualifications:

• Class B driver's license (required)

• Experience in work supervision within cleaning or services is meritorious

• Good organizational ability and leadership

• Positive, solution-oriented, and responsible

• Good knowledge of cleaning agents and chemicals is meritorious

• Familiarity with working with booking systems, CRM, and invoicing

• Good Swedish in speech and writing
