About the Position:

As a unit manager at Livara Home Care, you have the overall responsibility for operations, staff, finances, and work environment. You lead and develop the business together with your employees, with a focus on quality, continuity, and the client's needs at the center.

Your Tasks:

Lead, plan, and develop the operations

Be responsible for staff, work environment, and competence development

Financial responsibility for the unit

Ensure good quality and follow up on goals and results

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

We Are Looking for You Who:

Have relevant higher education.

Have experience in leadership, preferably in elderly care or home care

Are clear, structured, and communicative

Have good ability to motivate and develop employees

Have good knowledge of legislation in the area (e.g., Social Services Act)
