Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the store's sales, work environment, and personnel costs
• Lead, coach, and develop employees
• Scheduling and personnel responsibility
• Ensure high service and customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for unpacking, product display, and campaigns
• Work operationally within the team and follow Cassels' guidelines
